Terms of Service

By using upagents.app or an UpAgents agent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the agents.

You can create an account by signing in with Google or with an emailed sign-in link. One account works across upagents.app and every agent. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account on your account page; cancel any paid subscription on Whop first.

Some agents can be reserved before they launch. A reservation is an early-bird subscription on Whop with a free trial: you add a card, you pay $0 today, and you are not charged until the agent launches. On launch day we email you; your reservation becomes a paid subscription at the early-bird price when your trial ends. Cancel anytime from your Whop account before then and you will not be charged.

Whop allows one free trial per buyer per plan, so if you have reserved the same agent before, Whop charges you at checkout instead of at launch.

Launch dates are estimates. If we decide not to launch an agent you reserved, we cancel the reservation and email you.

Payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Whop under Whop's terms. Cancel anytime on Whop; your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for. For a refund, contact us at hello@upagents.app or request it through Whop. A refunded subscription loses access to the agent.

• Don't use UpAgents or any agent for anything unlawful, or to harm others.
• Don't try to get around limits, payments or security, or interfere with how the service runs.
• You keep the rights to what you put into an agent and what it makes for you. Check an agent's output before you rely on it.

The free tools run in your browser: files you open in them are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. Keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

The UpAgents site, agents, text, graphics and logos belong to UpAgents.

Agents, tools and the site are provided “as is”. AI output can be wrong. Features, prices and availability can change.

To the maximum extent the law allows, UpAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from using the site or the agents.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and email account holders about material changes. Using UpAgents after a change means you accept the updated terms.
