AI Tool for Nursing Literature Review

Let your AI agent handle tedious research prep—summarizing articles, extracting data, and formatting documents so you can focus on real analysis.

You spend hours each week as a health informatics specialist copying data into Excel, reformatting tables in Word, and manually reviewing PDFs for key findings. The repetitive work with PubMed searches, EndNote, and shared drives slows you down and keeps you from interpreting results or writing up insights.

An AI agent that summarizes nursing research articles, extracts data, drafts documentation, and formats outputs for health informatics specialists.

What this replaces

Copy data from PubMed articles into Excel spreadsheets
Manually format tables in Microsoft Word for manuscripts
Compile and edit references in EndNote or Zotero
Summarize findings from PDF research papers by hand

The hidden cost

What this is really costing you

In hospital IT and research departments, nurse informaticists and clinical analysts waste 1.5-2 hours every week pulling studies from PubMed, extracting numbers into Excel, and formatting tables for manuscripts in Word. This manual process leads to missed references, inconsistent formatting, and delays when preparing grant proposals or IRB submissions.

Every week, burned on work an AI agent handles in minutes.

Money lost

$2,465/year

In salary, missed revenue, and operational drag — annually.

If you keep ignoring it

Missed deadlines for research submissions, duplicated effort on literature searches, and incomplete documentation can result in grant rejections or compliance issues with IRB protocols.

AI Agent FAQ

No, your AI agent only processes files you upload, such as exported Excel sheets or PDF articles. It does not connect to Epic, Cerner, or other EHR systems for security reasons.

The agent produces summaries and tables based on the quality of the uploaded documents. You should review outputs for accuracy before submitting to journals or including in grant applications.

You can export reference lists from the agent in formats compatible with EndNote, Zotero, or Mendeley. Direct sync is not available yet, but RIS and BibTeX exports are supported.

All uploaded files are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and are deleted after processing. No data is stored or shared with third parties.

Currently, the agent processes English-language research. Support for additional languages is planned for future updates.
